University of Georgia Griffin Campus provides technology support to all faculty, staff, and students on campus. IT Support is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (except during campus closures) and during hours when classes are in session on the UGA Griffin Campus. Our office locations are in the Sanford Building, room 200 and in the Student Learning Center (SLC) , room 120B.

GrifPrint
GrifPrint is the UGA Griffin Printing System that allows you to print from any computer, including your own laptop. To access GrifPrint, click the button below and login with your UGA MyID. To setup your own laptop for printing, click on “BYOD Mobility Print” in the left sidebar and follow the installation steps.
To have additional funds added to your printing account, please contact us.
Poster Printing
For important presentations, students have the ability to create professional quality posters up to 44” on a single side with optional foam board backing.

SLC Room Reservations
IT processes all reservations for the Student Learning Center. Please fill out the reservation form with the necessary details and we will schedule the event accordingly.
Student Loaner Program
As a UGA Griffin Student, you have access to check out equipment needed for your academic studies. Most equipment can be checked out for up to one semester with some items only available for 1 week at a time. Contact us for more information.

Faculty/Staff Laptop Loaner
In case of emergencies or equipment failure, the Office of Information Technology has a limited number of loaner laptops available for faculty/staff usage.
*Access to this equipment is at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Information Technology. The duration of your loan will be dependent upon the circumstances. Contact us for more information.

UGA students, faculty, and staff can download the latest versions of Microsoft 365 applications as part of the university’s Microsoft Campus Agreement, and install these applications on up to five computers and take advantage of 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage space. Free LinkedIn Learning
LinkedIn Learning offers video courses taught by industry experts in software, creative, and business skills. It is a great resource to learn more about software like Microsoft Word along with business skills like “Communicating with Confidence”. Some courses come with a certificate at the end of the course that can be connected to your LinkedIn profile. Feel free to search or explore topics from their website to further your professional development.
