Motor Pool
UGA Griffin Campus Employees have access to the motor pool fleet when traveling within the state for UGA business.
Parking permits are available for Athens campus parking
Rates: $20.00 per day and $ .31 per mile
Requirements:
- Drivers must have a Georgia State Driver’s License
- Drivers must complete Fuel Card training and sign the Motor Pool Authorization form
- Provide a department and contact for billing

Visitor House
The Visitor House is “home away from home” where one has the opportunity to live on the UGA Griffin Campus for a low, affordable price. Occupancy is available for visiting scholars, graduate students, and post-doctoral employees who are either cooperating with or are employed by the UGA Griffin Campus. The house contains five furnished double occupancy rooms.
$50.00 deposit required
Monthly rent $400.00

Access Cards & Key Requests
For all access control cards and physical key requests, please have your department admin fill out the form at the link below for approval and processing. A copy of the current Access Control Policy can also be found at the link below.
UGA OneCard
All UGA Griffin Campus employees are required to have a UGA OneCard.
This serves as your Campus ID as well as giving access to the appropriate buildings, labs and facilities pertaining to your employment.
The link below will assist you in obtaining a UGA OneCard. Please check with your supervisor to see if your department is covering this cost with a speedtype or chartstring.
