July 9 @ 2:00 pm 4:00 pm

Plant, Grow, Thrive: A Garden Workshop Series

Have an interest in growing plants, but don’t really know where or how to begin? Our garden workshop series at the UGA Research and Education Garden provides a great way to get started exploring different types of plants, how to grow them, and ways to use them in everyday life. The 2-hour workshop format includes time in both the classroom and the garden, while our virtual option allows you to learn about the topic from home. Both versions will be enjoyable for gardeners of every experience level.

Gifts From The Garden

Gifts from the Garden. Handmade gifts send an extra message of caring and love, but they certainly take time to make. While the growing season is still early, come learn about some gifts that can be made from the plants that you grow in your own garden! Everyone will take home a gift that they make in the class.
