Dedicated faculty and staff are at the heart of quality instruction at the University of Georgia. That’s why it is important to provide faculty with the resources they need to be successful in the classroom and providing staff with the tools for helping students reach their goals.
Facilities or Grounds Issues
Issues concerning buildings or campus facilities are handled by Physical Plant. Issues concerning the grounds or garden are handled by Field Services. All issues require that faculty or staff fill out a work order.

Finance and Administration
The Griffin Campus Finance and Administration team, under the direction of the Assistant Provost and Griffin Campus Director, provides aid to support units, as well as faculty within the academic departments on campus. F&A team members also coordinate, review, and assure implementation of fiscal and business-related programs and operations to ensure compliance with established UGA and USG policies and procedures.

Access Cards and Key Requests
For all access control cards and physical key requests, please have your department admin fill out the form at the link below for approval and processing. A copy of the current Access Control Policy can also be found at the link below.

Effective May 2, 2012, individuals who are hired at UGA or change benefits eligibility status will complete all required paperwork in the UGA Onboarding System. New hires and employees changing benefits eligibility status will receive an email from onboard@uga.edu or a phone call from UGA Human Resources with instructions for accessing the secure Onboarding System.
The Visitor House is “home away from home” where one has the opportunity to live on the UGA Griffin Campus for a low, affordable price. Occupancy is available for visiting scholars, graduate students, and post-doctoral employees who are either cooperating with or are employed by the UGA Griffin Campus. The house contains five double occupancy rooms.
