Well-Being Room/Hub

Our UGA Griffin Well-Being Hub is located in Stuckey Room 155 (between the library sitting area and the Game Room). It is a tranquil retreat designed for students to unwind before, between, and after classes.  Relax in the vibrating massage recliner with the weighted blanket while enjoying the kinetic art on the wall.  We have disposable eye masks, noise canceling headphones, and a variety of coloring books, dump journals, and small Lego kits to take your mind off of daily stresses.  Come and enjoy this serene environment, created to promote well-being and support you in navigating the challenges of academic life. This room is on a first come first serve basis.
